    Joe originally started out very good. Based off the other reviews here I see it is a trend. Originally he was very good at communicating and being prompt for repairs. I had given him prompt payments and partials before any repairs were done. He spoke about trust and being screwed over in the past. He completed repairs that were half done and didn’t finish drywall repair for a door. Bought the wrong toilet and blamed me for it not fitting. He then blocked stating this job was just “too much on him” yet he collected my money. He became upset that he underestimated his labor and material costs for the repairs. I even gave him more money when he asked. Now it’s impossible to get in contact with him. My repairs are half done and I’m out the money for the whole cost. Unable to get in contact with him because he blocked my phone He warranty’s everything but I’m certain without a civil lawsuit there will be no repairs if they come up. Based on all these reviews it appears as though this is a regular and reoccurring trend that I wish I did better research on prior. I guess ultimately it is my fault for not doing better research. All consumers should be aware of his shady antics and inability to communicate as an adult when he gets “stressed out.” If only I could upload pictures of the most recent repairs.

    "Joe handyman" was hired to fix a woodwork on my porch and repair the walkway. After what he was doing was finished, he signed a contract containing a 1 year warranty, took the money and left. In two days everything he did collapsed. When asked to redo the job under the warranty, he demanded more money paid upfront. The contract had nothing in it that said something about additional money paid upfront. When he was pointed this out, he simply disappeared. I am very sorry to deal with him.

    Joe is a horrible contractor. He did my porch and put trex decking over rotted wood. Had to have it redone. Also put tile on my bathroom walls crooked. When I told him he was yelling and screaming at me and told me I’m a nit picker and continued to scream and hung up on me
    Do not hire this clown you will be sorry

    Anyone hiring this joker will not get what you are paying for .. he is a cob artist at best . has no clue what the h*** he is doing and you will need to hire another to fix what he does .. DO NOT HIRE THIS JOKER..

    Hired him for a bathroom project, he cut into floor joists and did damage to my home. After promising a refund (he was broke and didnt have it), he resorted to name calling. He blames the world for his lack of skill. After bringing in a real expert to complete the project, it was really apparent how much of an unskilled amateur Joe Delpozzo is. Also, he swears he is a tough guy. Dont hire him, nothing but trouble.

    Do not let this person work on your home. He is unskilled in his trade and dishonest. He is the worst contractor I have ever come across. He also has anger and mental health issues.
