I can't say enough good things about Preferred Mutual! Auto Home Business and Business Auto. Saved me a ton of money and their claims process is amazing! You have to meet their underwriting guidelines, that's how they keep their rates low. Every insurance company has underwriting guidelines. If you have a bunch of claims, go to ***********.

0/5 rating. They are scammers!!!. They cancel you as soon as you put a claim in. They try their best not to pay for damages even when you have proof. There’s one guy Frank who takes it very personal not to pay out. I guess he owns 75% of the shares. Also the Agency that services them is owned by Preferred. They’ll even go as far as flagging you in the system as ‘repeat claimant’ so other companies will increase your rate.
Don’t make the the mistake of going with them for the cheaper premium. You WILL PAY in the long run

My 92 year old mother just received a non renewal letter from preferred mutual.. the reason was 6 bricks in the foundation was out !! And I told the inspector that we are under way right now on repairs… and he also seen that the siding was being replaced now .. the home is not dilapidated… of course they only want new homes to prevent any payouts . My parents have payed for insurance for 60 without ever putting in a claim .. way to treat the elderly…preferred Mutual…
