    I have been a customer for over 5 years and frequently purchased wax passes. Unfortunatley, I developed an issue with my skin and was advised by my dermatologist not to continue waxing. I was told by the assistant manager that I would need a note from the doctor saying as much, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get a refund, only a store credit. I submitted a letter from my board certified dermatologist, but that no longer seems good enough. I was then told by the same assistant manager that I would need it written on prescription pad, good luck finding a doctor *** still uses them, and that this dermatologist also offers waxing win her practice, so she isn't good enough. This is ridiculous. She's a board certified dermatologist. She is not going to write a letter stating I should not wax because of skin conditions and turn around and wax me. What her practice offers is irrelevant to my issues. It seems that it's just a run around to keep the money. They don't tell you their policy when you make a purchase, and they give you nothing in writing either. How is that right???? Plus, every time I send an email comp!ain't to what I think is corporate, it ends up at the branch??
