    Purchased bathroom vanity ($1272.02) on 4/30/2022 through admiredhome.com (note: the phone number you have for this company matches the phone number on their e-mail, so it is the same company). Was notified by '****' via e-mail May 2, that the vanity was several months back ordered. As it was not needed for some time, I approved. Around October, I received some drawer parts (not the vanity) from the mfg, Lexora. I wasn't clear on why I received the parts, but I assumed it meant the rest of the order was being processed. Last week, I tried to reach out to Admired Home by e-mail, online, and phone - all modes of communication are no longer functioning (no e-mail response received). I spoke to the manufacturer, and they said Admired Home had initiated the order, but not paid them yet, and the reason for the drawer parts was a duplicate order number. Currently, I have paid for the vanity, but have not received the good, and the manufacturer has not been paid, either. Last order placed by Admired Home with Lexora was July 2022.Chase statement for transaction 5/4/2022 $1273.02 reads: SP ADMIRED HOME HTTPSHOMENEED NY Note: attached receipt does not show line item detail when printed to PDF, so pasting an image, as well.

    I purchased a hot tub on 02/17/2022 for ******** and they informed me Of a First week of July delivery date! Since they took my money there has been no formal communication unless I do multiple calls complaints calls and finally they come back and tell me you can possibly get your order September or October, which is unacceptable and at this point I just want a full refund and they have been ignoring calls and email
