    The store sells Poland Spring Water and collects a deposit for the bottle. When the bottle is returned, the store will only ecchange it for a full bottle. It will not give the cash deposit back when an empty bottle is retried without purchasing another full bottle of water..

    First, this is my store address but the name listed (DeCicco & Sons) is a different company in ********************* (not in ********). My store is DeCicco ************** in **************** 

    I am responding on assumption that the address location is correct and customer has my store name incorrect.

    The Store at ***************** does not collect a deposit as 5gallon jugs because these bottles are NOT SUBJECT to NYS bottle refund laws. The fee is clearly stated on receipt as an exchange fee.

    This store, like many retailers and home water delivery services, participates in 5 gallon water EXCHANGE program. Store collects an exchange fee and the bottle exchange program and fee is clearly explained via signage in store at the shelving where 5 gallon jugs are sold.
