    I went in to get the back screen of my phone fixed. After 2 years I dropped it a few times in one night and broke it. Within a week the back cracked again even though I had not dropped it…they did reluctantly fix it. However, there were several things wrong with it when I picked it up, including several buttons not working, overheating, etc. I had to bring it back again and had to leave it for several hours and they fixed those issues. Within two days the back cracked again without dropping and again being in a case. He refused to fix it, and make it right. I will never recommend or be back. Something is still wrong with the speaker but I refuse to have them touch my phone.
