    I hired Eric with EMS Property Maintenance for snow removal and had planned to also hire Eric for lawn care in the spring time. Each snowfall I had tenants reaching out complaining that the snow had not been cleared and could barely get their vehicles in the driveway while a majority of the rest of the neighborhood’s plow crews had their driveways cleared twice already.

    Very quickly into the season I had to cancel the contract with EMS Property Maintenance due to the lack of timely snow removal and find someone who was able to plow within a reasonable time.

    Eric had cleared snow once at the time I decided to cancel the contract. I cancelled the contract and requested a refund and he made me wait an entire month before telling me how much the refund amount would be. After waiting a month he agreed to a partial refund of the money paid to him but he said he needed an additional 2 weeks to come up with the money to refund. Reluctantly, I agreed to give him the two weeks. When the two weeks came up, I still did not receive a refund and it doesn’t seem like he has any intention of sticking to his word and giving the refund that he agreed to.

    Not an honest person to do business with.
