    The property we own is falsely advertised as a foreclosure listing. We are in good standing with our loan company. This is violation has caused people to drive by and film our house. We demand this listing be removed immediately.

    ForeclosurelistingsUSA.com falsely posted my home as active foreclosure. My home is not in foreclosure and I am in good standing with my loan company. I have called my loan company to confirm I was okay and that they had nothing to do with this active foreclosure status or listing. I had family members calling me about this as well as random calls due to this false post on their website.

    I started receiving phone calls regarding foreclosure of my property located on ************************************************************ (listed by Foreclosure Listings ***. In fact, I am in very good standing with **************, (Chase Equity Line). I tried to contact them and was unsuccessful.That is why I have no choice but report them to BBB. Please help me to remove this fraudulent advertisement. .

    I recently subscribed to the website of foreclosed properties, as I am actively looking to purchase a home. However, I found EVERY listing in my area to be false or a very old listing. I inquired on one property in particular and the listing was 2 years old. They are taking money monthly however, there are no active properties to search. This is a bait and switch.I do have emails from companies that sold these properties to back my claims up.

    False advertising on my home, stating home is in foreclosure when it is not and I'm being contacted by people about. I would like the listing taken down.
