      Yes I purchased an order from *******.com and they chose AGS as the shipper. My delivery was scheduled for Dec 3rd btwn **** ands ****. I was told I would receive a call from them b4 my delivery was attempted. I had not gotten such a call by Friday afternoon so I reached out to them. I was then informed that my order had been delayed and that i was sent an email. I checked my email while on the phone and asked them what address they had. It was not my email address but it was close. I corrected it with them and then asked when I would get my order.. The last told me that they did not know. I called ******* band got told my order was not delayed. After that phone call I got the email about it being delayed finally. I then called ******* back and they transferred me to AGS. IO spoke to a guy and he confirmed that I had been told correctly that it was delayed and they did not know where my package was. I was told he could not get confirmation from *** that it had even left or that ********* had received it although the tracking clearly showed me online that they had. I has a departing date and a received date. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and was told one was not available and that the could have one call me back. I said please have one call me back. I did not get a call back over the weekend so I called AGS back this morning. I was told that the person I was speaking to was a supervisor an *******. I find it highly suspicious that one would answer the phone when I was not allowed to talk to one the other day. He confirmed that they did not know where my package was at and that they had put a trace on it. I told him I had checked earlier and it did not show that. he said that it just was added. I had called about this Friday I wanted to know why they were just putting a trace on it when I was told they had already done that. I asked to speak to his supervisor and that is when he told me he was one and that all they could do as trace it and I had to call *******
