I bought a 2022 Harley ******** sportster 1250s on 04/08/2025 from Gold Coast Motorsports I took it out for the first time yesterday to go for a ride on 04/28/2025. While I was riding the bike the motorcycle lost power and when I stopped the motor was making loud noises from inside the motor. The total number of miles that I rode the bike was 134 miles since I bought it. I had to have the bike towed back to my house. I called the dealer this morning at 10am trying to figure out how what they would do for me when he stated that there is no warranty and to bring it to a dealer and pay to have it fixed. I asked if he would cover the work and her refused.

On June 24th, 2021 I brought my motorcycle in for Repair to Gold Coast Motorsports. The motorcycle had been in a minor accident months prior and was in need of repair. Due to the negligence of Gold Coasts Staff, the motorcycle was not inspected by adjusters until July 13th, and the claim went unpaid by the insurance company until December 7th, 2021. For the next several months I called Gold Coast several times a week to get updates on the status of my repair. If I called 20 times in 1 week, I may have spoken to an actual person once. There were several other times when the phone just went unanswered and you could not reach anyone. As time continued on I began to worry about my motorcycle being declared abandoned, so I took a trip down to the shop from my home in ********* ******** to ensure this wasnt the case in July of 2022. When I visited the shop my motorcycle was still in the same place where it was behind multiple other bikes, untouched since it was inspected by the insurance adjuster. I spoke with several employees and no one could tell me why the bike had yet to be repaired. After a few weeks of no updates and no response, I returned to pick up my motorcycle and requested a full refund in the amount of $10,293.77 that was paid by my insurance for the repairs. For months I have called Gold Coast about the status of my refund - and I am still unable to get a straight answer from anyone working there. My calls have gone unanswered and these people just do not care about their clients.
