    Hello,We rented an upright bass for our daughter on 8/22/2022. We paid $248.48 for the rental. The rental fee was for the full school year. The bass was damaged and brought into Laconia Music for repairs on November 12th or 13th. We were informed that the repairs would be fully covered by the rental fee and that the bass would be repaired and ready for pickup within a week, and they would call us when it is done. We have called them 3 times since early November inquiring about the status of the repair and the answer is always the same. The glue is setting and they will call us when it is ready for pickup in the next 1-2 days. It has been nearly 40 days now and no calls have been made to us, nor was there any offer of a temporary loaner bass in recognition of how long this has taken to resolve. We contacted our daughter's school district on Monday and they have offered to loan us a bass at no charge given the circumstance of her not having anything to practice on at home for well over a month at this point.I would like to request assistance with recovering at least some of the remaining rental fee from Laconia Music. They have been acting in extremely bad faith throughout this entire process and are likely doing this because they believe that we will just get tired of chasing them and give up on getting a bass back or recouping the fee.Thanks,*********************
