    IMC - International Media Concepts, *** IMC sent me a letter saying that I owe the New ********** $180.I just checked my New ********** payment history on their website, and there is no record of past payments due. My account is still open and appears to be in good standing.Is IMC a scam?

    Hello,

    Please be advised that this complaint has been resolved.  The outstanding balance was for the Home Delivery subscription that was never cancelled.  However, we can confirm the account is stopped and the balance removed as a courtesy.

    I cancelled my *** subscription over the phone with the *** subscription department. I am writing the BBB because this collection agency's request for $43.75 to be sent to ********** on behalf of the New ********** looks fraudulent. The logo is blurry and its address is in Flushing **. The return address that would show in the window is a P.O. Box in **********. Then, the next time I typed ***imes into my web browser, I got a pop up that froze my computer. What is going on with all of this? Once someone cancels their subscription and stops paying, the paper doesn't deliver the paper to them anymore.
