    On Tuesday, November 19, 2024 I went into the store with a prescription from my doctor to purchase a pair of compression thigh high stockings to have after surgery on my varicose vein, not knowing what I needed. I requested help the cashier picked out what I needed according to what my prescription said I purchased decompression thigh high stockings. The day after my procedure, I needed to put the compression stockings on according to my doctors instructions only to realize that they had given me the wrong size. I then called the pharmacy to inform them that they had given me the wrong size and they told me that it was my problem that there was nothing they were going to do for me about it And that they werent going to take them back nor would they would refund me my money. I proceeded to tell them that I did not pick it out that I had enlisted to help of the employee with my prescription and that they had picked out according to my prescription what I neededthat they had chosen the wrong size they told me a manager would call me back, which they never did on Tuesday, November 26 I followed up Bag and told me that they followed the prescription according to what was on the paper. I told him they did not because its obvious that the stocking does not fit. The stocking is a size medium. I needed an extra large. She told me she would not take it back. She would not refund my money And she hung up on me.
