      My husband signed a contract with the salesperson from Fave in March, 2022 at the time he was living here, however he never received a signed contract from the agent, the next day the agent said he will put a for sale sign on the yard with in MLS he would state property coming soon. However after agent wanted to come to take pictures, I decided not to move forward in which the agent said that's not a problem. However after numerous calls to have him come take down the sign we are not moving forward. He finally took it down after many calls and text messages. I ask if there is any cancel forms he then said no that all is good. Come to find out in October the house is still listed as Temporary off the market. I called him to ask him to remove it and he never did. He kept ignoring my call and when he answered he said he would remove it but never did. The broker **** I called the office and left a message for him to call me back he did and was very abusive and rude to me. He said tell me which agent you're talking to that they want you me to remove the listing so thatthey can get in trouble if I'm planning to use them. He further went on to telling me that I'm not releasing as its set to expire 3/2023. Then he told me it's illegal to speak to another agent. When I said to him my husband no longer lives here this is my house. He said I am a liar that he's on the house and I'm not. He was very loud, rude and I felt bullied. When I said you're keeping my house hostage he said I told you I'm not releasing the house and he hung up on me. I tried to contact the agent to send me a signed copy of the contract and up until today he keeping saying yes and nothing. This company is very unethical, rude and very I would never recommend or use them. I just don't want to deal with them they are stressing me out. I'm fed up with them I fell they are bullying me and taken advantage of.

      As the complaint states, the seller signed a legal listing agreement. They then decided later not to sell, which we let them know whenever they were ready, we were ready & able to assist them. We took the listing down, per the sellers request, and when the customer called regarding the listing being up on certain public sites ie. Zillow Realtor.com etc, we explained it takes those sites a little time to sync with MLS. The listing ultimately came down on ALL platforms shortly after. 

      A few months later, the sellers wife called the listing agent to complain again. She then stated that she wanted a full release and gave no explanation. Based on the request, the listing agent connected her with one of his Team Leaders & the Broker. The wife went on to claim her husband who signed the listing agreement wasnt a legal owner. After this claim was made, we took it VERY seriously & checked title to confirm ownership. We confirmed the info she gave us was false, & that he is indeed the owner. When we confronted her about this false information, she got very argumentative. We further explained if they would like to sell, we can and will help them. Her conversation remained unpleasant, and we ended up in complete disagreement. 

      We did ALL we could to assist these sellers. Its just a really unfortunate situation that resulted in this miscommunication.
