    Ordered over $150 worth of items from this business. Waited several weeks as we are in CA. When I ordered the items, the descriptions were not clear. After several weeks of waiting for the Christmas gifts, I was disappointed that not only was the quality poor on a t-shirt, but the graphics were NOT STRAIGHT. Reached out twice. The response was, sorry, not exchanges or returns on custom orders. THEY PRINTED THE GRAPHIC CROOKED. And they are selling cheap quality stock at a huge markup. So now Im out money and they could care less. This a warning they are a scam.

    Item was ordered incorrectly. It was the wrong size. 1st person I spoke to had a horrible attitude when I told her I didn't agree with her assessment and told me she she would transfer me to a manager and hung up instead. I called back and spoke to manager who sounded like he was ***************** age. I told him about the order was the wrong size and he told me it was not their fault. We argued back and forth about whose fault it was, was is shared fault due to disorganized website, etc. He kept saying he respectfully disagreed and kept laughing at me over the phone. All I wanted was to get a refund for the wrongly sized item and the associated shipping so I could order the correct size, and all he could do was blame me and laugh at me. This place has horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend potential customers to avoid them like the plague.
