    I am writing this letter to the better Business *****,in conjunction with the aweful services I received from Fleet Auto Services, ************************************************************** had my car towed 12/8/22 to Fleet Automotive Services in ********* when I was driving my car, and it suddenly wasn't driving properly. The wheels became inaligned some how and we couldn't drive it home. Upon the tow I was told by the owner of fleet that my car would be looked at that week. Two week and a half goes by and I am not contacted, I have a job that requires me to have my vehicle at all times. I am now taking the bus because fleet has my car and they don't offer loaner vehicles. Given my circumstances I called fleet to see what was going on with my car. Upon calling them I was told that appointments come FIRST walk ins come second. Which I was not told when I first called them, that it would take that long for my car to at the very least get looked at. I then put them on notice that I was going to be switching mechanics and I would be having it towed as soon as possible. When I said that to the receptionist, she became very hostile. She began accusing me of doing things with my car saying I took it off roading, that I really must've been stupid with it. She told me it would take over 6k to fix my vehicle. Which I never had done (I have a witness to said phone call as well) and the language and tone she used was uncalled for. She also said because I was using a different mechanic I was required to pay them 90 dollars up front for their time. Just recently when notifying fleet of when my car would be towed I find out they charge 50 dollars a day for my car sitting there. Which as I stated above they never told me anything. What I'm looking to get from this is to not only make other people aware of the awful services, but to be relieve of these said "fees" for my car sitting in their parking lot that they didn't tell me about. Had I known about them I would have gotten the means to move my car quicker than I could.
