    We hired Bloom Fine Gardening for approximately $30,000 to install gardens around our newly built home. Our property has clay-based soil, which requires proper drainage solutions. However, the company failed to raise the garden beds adequately, leading to severe water retention, root rot, and plant loss. Many of our plants are dying due to standing water and fungal growth.We trusted their professional expertise to account for drainage, yet their improper installation has resulted in significant damage. We have contacted the company to request remediation, including drainage corrections and plant replacements, but have not received a satisfactory resolution.We are seeking either:A full remediation plan to correct the drainage issues and replace damaged plants.A partial refund to cover the cost of repairs and plant replacement by another professional.We request that Bloom Fine Gardening take responsibility for their improper work and resolve this matter promptly.

    We are in receipt of your communication from the Better Business Bureau portal dated March 26, 2023

     Our record indicates the project was completed in the FALL SEASON OF 2023. This project consisted of a bluestone step and walkway installation, deciduous tree plantings, foundation gardens installation, and a drip irrigation system for the foundation gardens.

     There has been communications between client and Bloom Fine Gardening addressing any concerns with regards to workmanship, plant health, and the need for ongoing maintenance for all new plantings. All foundation gardens and tree plantings were properly amended with the quoted materials as per the accepted proposal. Bloom Fine Gardening disputes the statement that their was a failure to amend any new plantings properly or that there was any level of improper work completed.
