    This company is ran by ***** ** ******, she is/was the tax accountant for my/my husbands business ************************************. ***** ** ****** was paid for the year of 2024 to finish the accounting/taxes for the business and she refuses to complete the work. Im unable to close out the tax year of 2024 because she was the person who started the job and doesnt want to complete it. I called the *** & the state of ************** of Taxation and I was informed that ***** ** ****** is the one who needs to close out the year since shes the one thats been keeping the records for our business. If she doesnt want to finish the work, I would like to get a refund for what I paid since the work isnt being completed. Our company ************************************ has 2 owners, we pay ***** ** ****** $8,400.00 per year and the other owner pays her the other $8,400.00. She has received all payments from our business and still refuses to complete the work and close out the year of 2024. I just want this company to finish the work and after that we can part ways. I attached the letter I received from ************************** in regards to my businesses taxes that she didnt process a payment on in which she was supposed to do. I would like further assistance on this matter, if possible.
