  Good old bait n switch.. Came in low and day before car is to be picked up price goes up 400$ . Stay away !! From $1100 to $1500

  I shipped my disabled SUV from Brandon ******* to ********** ******* for $225 after getting quotes for towing around $650. I had never shipped a car before. After ***'s quote I checked out the other lower shipping offers I received for $150, that (after investigating) appeared to be bait and switch deals, and booked with *******When I booked and paid the cc deposite, I was skeptical because *** did not have a written contract or guarantee to send me, (which seemed strange as I was shipping a car and it seemed to me things could go wrong at different levels) but we talked for a half hour, and he assured me he wanted his business to succeed, and would be there if I had an issue. (He told a story of working with a client where the trucker had damaged their yard-$3k worth!). He said he stuck it out with them. I didn't like not getting any kind of written contract or guarantee when shipping my vehicle, but the situation was such, that if there was damage to my vehicle it likely wouldn't be a huge loss to me in the current situation I was in, so I let it go. The estimated arrival time *** gave me of 11am the next day, didn't pan out, but when I called the driver he called back and gave me a correct estimate between 2 and 3pm and followed through. The car arrived without any damage that I can see. I paid the rest of the charge in cash to the driver. Again the driver did not have a receipt/ signed guarantee/ warranty etc. but gave me a bill of landing (barely filled out) when I requested a receipt. (Normally I don't like not getting receipts/warranties/guarantees etc., but I let it go as the car had arrived, and I had ***'s cell number.)Overall, I will definitely recommend and call MT first for sure if I, or a friend, need to transport a car! For shipping a car for the first time in my life, (and the learning curve that it was); I'm glad ***'s MT transport was who reached out to me first.   Fantastic service, great value. Everyone I dealt with on the phone, via texts and the fact that my car was dropped off to me in no time from far away was top notch! If my situation happens again, I will absolutely use the company again. Thanks!

  I contacted several companies to ship my car from ******* to ******* and ended up selecting *** at Magic trolley, Big Mistake. After discussing my needs, he verbally quoted then emailed me his $900, quote to which, we arranged a pick up date. He said he'd reach out to me when as the date draws near. The night before the arranged pickup, I still hadn't received a call or heard from a driver so I contacted *** asking what's going on. He said he'd call the driver and get back to me. He called me back stating I have good news and bad news. The driver will be there in the morning, but the price is now $1400. I couldn't believe it. After discussing this he suggested I wait 2 weeks and the price will go down. No Way, I am not waiting until my deadline date so he can charge me even more. He texts the next day and said he'd do it for $1100 then later he said $1050. I have text and email to prove my complaints. Don't trust anything *** from Magic ******* says. Stay away
