    We hired MyUSACorporation to redomicile our company from ** to **. After months of very slow response times and unanswered emails, our customer service *** at **************** informed us our redomicile application had been rejected. It was so hard to get in touch with the company whenever we needed help, we did not want to continue with them and asked for a refund since no service had been delivered. They said they would ask management for a refund. That was 7 months ago and no one has been able to connect me with a manager since (despite emailing and calling countless times and reaching other ***s who say a manager will be reaching out shortly).

    The business has not made any contact with me or my organization. They have not responded to any requests for a refund. They have been ignoring us for years at this point. If they reach out to us and issue a refund or partial refund this will be resolved, but they have not done so.

    We deeply regret the delays and communication issues youve faced with this order. We understand how frustrating this situation has been. Our team worked diligently with the state on your redomicile application, but despite multiple attempts, it was unfortunately rejected due to specific non-profit rules in MA.
    Regarding your refund, weve reached out to the cardholder privately to confirm the refund method, as the original card used for payment has expired. Please know that we are committed to resolving this matter promptly and ensuring you receive the refund owed.

    hired myusacorporation to file a state payroll document for me. after a month of asking thej for uodates they stopped responding to me. i went to the state in person and they said they had never received the document. the company refuses to give me a refund.

    Regarding the payroll registration application, our records confirm its timely submission to the relevant agency. Despite our proactive efforts, for weeks, we encountered challenges in communication with the agency, which may have led to their agent's  confusion about the status of your application. We regret any difficulties you encountered during this process.

    ******** markets and promotes a no hidden chargers as a type of 3rd party shipping service. The repeatibility avoided answering questions, or would not answer them directly to acutual shipping cost. I am trying to ship a oversized package, and the cost has more that doubled every time. They marked the weight up improperly, and only after paying to have them reweight it, did they lower it. When I was finally forced to give in and ship to the lowest available State for me, again the mark up was about $65 to $169 dollars on an estimated wieght of 61 lbs, even though they weighed it themselves. The chat that is the only way to contact someone at the company immediately, again bounced around the answer then referred me to wait for an email response, after again offering to reweigh the package. I have been round and round with this company that cannot give a straight or honest answer to save their lives, when that is their claim to not have hidden charges. To top it off, they will not call me directly, they only keep deferring and I need an immediate answer because I am getting a storage charge every day my items sits in their warehouse. I have phone pictures of the customer service chats I have had with them. I want them to advertise the acutal cost, because they are essentially holding my item for ****** and I thought I had done plenty of research to avoid this very situation, If I paid what they are claiming, It would be far more than the value it is worth.
