    I made an order for oil of oregano and received an email stating that I will be notified once it has been shipped. As of 3/30/23, it has been 2 weeks and it still has NOT been shipped. They won't return any of my emails, their phone is disconnected. I don't understand why they are still doing business and taking people money. According to past complaints on them from 2020, it is the SAME issue....I know the company can't still be having the same excuses 3 years later. I want my money back!!!Order # ****

    Just like the person who filed the previous complaint, I placed an order in June 2022 as well as Order #**** on January 21, 2023. The orders show as paid and unfulfilled on the website. I sent emails asking about the status and heard nothing back.I just want what I ordered and paid for. These orders were for hand sanitizer and I really like their stuff, but their order and customer support process appears to be badly broken.
