    My father passed away on May 22nd 2023, we went to Barney T. McClanahan Funeral home, 30 Winthrop avenue and arranged a service. First we ordered a Blue coffin and a Urn with a picture of a Horse on the Urn since my father owned 3 Horses in the past.The day of the service we realized the coffin was Grey and not Blue, ******** the Funeral director said sorry, but they sent us a Grey one instead of Blue, which was already to late because my father was already in the coffin, Then when we received the Urn in the mail about 2 weeks later and I realized it was a picture of a Sailor Logo instead of the Horse, my sister and mother called the funeral home as well as the company who sent the Urn (GetUrns), and we were told by the company a lady named ****, a employee of Barney T. McClanahan placed the wrong order and the correct order was still in the shopping cart.My sister and mother have been trying to resolve the issue for over a month already. I finally called up the Funeral home (06/25/2023)and spoke to ****************** believe and was told I am aware of your issue and we want the wrong Urn back before we send you the correct one and doesn't understand why I have a attitude, I explained to him they ordered the wrong Urn and my family has been trying to fix the issue but keeps getting the run around and we want the Urn we ordered that's why I have an attitude, I said your employee **** messed up the order and we want it fixed. And yes I had a few choice words for him so he hung up the phone. I called back and told him I'm filing a complaint and if he wants the wrong Urn back that they ordered that's fine, but he is going to have to send a return box along with a return label, he said he doesn't like my attitude and is not talking to me anymore and hung up again, that's when I filed the complaint.
