    I would had had given zero stars if possible. I had a rodent/rat infestation from the day I moved in to this apartment. They tried to cheaply fix the issue not wanting to spend money to get to the root cause. I ended up with mice in my sink, bed, shower. It was a nightmare. I finally moved out early, returned my key to the super. I hired a lawyer to break the lease and SW didnt respond to them or me for months. Now I have the unpaid amount on my credit and the whole experience was traumatic. Please avoid.

    Current tenants of one of their apartments agreed to assign their lease to us because they were moving out with six months left. When I called the company to ask about the lease assignment process, the manager tried to tell me there was no such thing as lease assignment (not true according to ************** Real Property Law section 226b, also lease assignment is mentioned in the lease that the current tenants signed) and that we could apply for the apartment, but there were people on the wait list ahead of us so we were not going to be able to move in. While landlords are allowed to refuse consent to lease assignment, the manager flat out tried to tell me that there was no such thing as lease assignment and was incredibly rude from the minute he returned my call. I can only assume he wanted to get a new lease with new tenants as soon as possible so that he could raise the rent dramatically, because the rent for the current tenants was much cheaper than most two bedroom apartments in the area. I am not at all surprised that this business is not BBB accredited.
