    A project was started with this company in May 2021 for a sidewalk curb cut in front of my house. It is now March 24th 2023, and I cannot get consistent communication from *************************** regarding the submission of *** paperwork, proving that the project was filed. Payment has already been given for document preparation since June 2021. Follow up was attempted via email on August 29th 2021 and November 28th 2022 and I had not received any reply until I called them on February 16th 2023. I had tried 3 phone numbers and 3 different emails until I was able to get through. I was told that the *** paperwork had been filed, and that I should receive a response from them via email. I requested that ****************** forward me the confirmation number for the *** submission, and she agreed that she would forward me the confirmation, and give me a follow up call the following week. I followed up again via email on March 14th 2023 after not receiving a follow up phone call, or any emails indicating that the paperwork had been filed.********************** lack of communication has convinced me that services were not rendered, and in fact, nothing has been submitted. I am requested assistance in communicating that I require a refund of $3750 which has already been paid over 2 instalments (the 3rd was to be paid upon project completion, which has never occurred). Thank you.

    We apologize that we were not able to get your project approved with the buildings department. We have since processed your full refund of the contract money that has been paid to date. The refund will be credited to the same payment method that you used at your request. As per our payment portal. you should receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
