    ************ with false promises. They are thieves and will hire someone to do work for them, put parts and hours of labor and then when it comes to pay they make so many excuses why they wont. They told us that they already paid a different company for the job WE did. Why would that make any sense? Over a month and half past and they still don't pay. They lowball that we give so many discounts and even when that happens they still don't pay. They say they will call back, and they don't, they don't answer the phones. Anyways, this company is a huge risk to work with and any property owners beware that you don't get a lien on your property. Thank you to ****** ***** ****** ***** and **** (if its even their real names) for being horrible human beings and huge liars.

    Work order #******* I recieved a text from ******************************************* requesting help for one of their clients Dollar Tree on 10/22/24. The store located at **************************************************************** Had an issue with a security device. I made the trip out to the location and gave them a recommendation. Several pieces to a specialized lock mechanism were missing. Unable to complete the repair i invoiced them for a $75 service call. I sent all requested photos and returned a form signed by the manager on duty as requested for payment. Since the invoice, ****** ****, once very attentive to questions and possible solutions will not answer my calls, texts or emails. Do not do business with this property maintenance company.

    went out on service call to local commercial property and they lied about the results, they said water was leaking from ceiling after we left and they called another company and they refused payment, when i explained the unit i worked on was on the ground and no overhead ductwork they now wont answer or hang up on me. DO not use!!

    We did work on a local store for this company in September 2023 and can't get paid. They do not return our calls or emails. Not a reputable company. BEWARE

    My husband did work for them at a store, and they have been rude, haven't sent out payment for the work done and insulted my husband's integrity and called him a liar. If we are not paid, we will *** the company. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

    They do not pay the contractors who make them the money. They have been past due for several months now. They won't return phone calls, emails, nothing.

    THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE. WE ARE A LOCAL HVAC BUSINESS AND THEY CALLED US TO SERVICE ANOTHER LOCAL BUSINESS. WE ASKED THEM IF THEY REQUIRED PAPERWORK, PICTURES, OR CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT. THEY LIED AND SAID NO. AFTER THE WORK WAS PERFORMED NFD DEMANDED THAT A SIGNATURE FROM THE STORE MANAGER WAS REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT. WE ARE TIRED OF THESE FAKE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES STEALING MONEY FROM OUT THE MIDDLE. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!
