      For over a year now I have had a membership with wthn but due to financial hardships, I must now cancel my membership. They advertise on their website that I can cancel my membership at anytime using the booking platform and that as long as payment is not pending, it will be canceled immediately. The policy is copied here.CANCELLATION. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon placing your initial subscription order, you will receive an email that allows you to manage your subscription by following the Manage Subscription link. Following this link will allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. You can also cancel your subscription by logging into your account, clicking Manage Subscriptions, and choosing which item(s) you would like to cancel. If you cancel before the next recurring payment is charged, then your subscription will terminate automatically and WTHN will not charge your payment provider for any subsequent subscription period. If you cancel while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), WTHN will continue to process your order; your subscription will terminate automatically after the last order is shipped. You will receive a subscription cancellation email upon cancelling subscription orders.When I tried to cancel on my own, I received a default message saying I must call the facility. I then called and was told that I needed to put my request in writing, and I was also told that the cancellation policy "is and always has been 30 days" and I will be charged for this months subscription. Had I known this policy I would have done the necessary due diligence to ensure I was not charged again.
