    I was quoted a flight for $7,000, but had to purchase a membership for $995 in order to fly at the discounted rate. I was told it was just a quote and that I would need to call back Oct to finalize the quote. I paid the membership fee on Aug of $995. I was also told by Wheels Up representatives ******************************* that should the quote given when I call back in Oct., be higher than the original quote of $7,000, that I could cancel my membership and get the $995 back. Fine. Then comes Oct. I call and they quoted my over $20,000 for a flight. I have attempted numerous time to call and email ***** for the refund. She responds with vague answers and just kicks the can.

    On 2/20/2023, a company by the name of Wheels Up Partners charged my credit card an amount of $2,495 without my consent or authorization. I contacted the office and they advised me that the account will issue the credit/refund during the course of the week. On 2/27/2023, I contacted the office and they claimed it was too late to reverse the unauthorized charge. No further communications was received from the office. The charge was not authorized and is deliberate and willful fraud by the manager of this office since I contacted them and made them aware in the same day the charge appeared on my credit card. This is a criminal action and should be dealt with accordingly. It is an attempt to fraud consumers by placing unauthorized charges in the hope that the consumers will accept their explanation and cease action to get the charge reversed. I look forward to favorably response from this agency in its effort to protect me from willful and deliberate financial fraud.
