      We arrived at 1250 for a 205 departing flight they sent us from one counter to Family counter when we reazched there few more minutes passed and were told we missed our flight. They should have let us board and sent our luggage on a latter flight.
      Then there were no seats till few days. So our agent got us seats on Gulf next day for additional charge. Etihad cancelled our return seats as well. To add insult to injury are charging Twice the amount ($3200) we paid originally($1800). Practically have ruined my 1 month long vacation. Furthermore one agent says ask for a refund of original tkt the other agent tells me it’s not refundable. Now if I don’t make it back on time on Dec 29 2020, I stand to loose my job.
      I need a quick resolution . They didn’t respond to my email. I tried E chat and they said get a refund through my agent. My agent ** ******* says they are giving wrong information. I simply don’t know who to believe. Pleasure trip has turned to nightmare. Plz intervene and help promptly. Etihad is simply gouging passengers because they can. No offices in Pakistan only option is to call and each Etihad call center agent tells you different things. I asked to speak to a manager but was told I will get a call - 12 hours passed no call. They don’t even have a toll free number to call.

      My husband and I booked tickets in February 2020. Due to COVID, the flights were cancelled and we received a travel bank credit. Etihad no longer flies from *********** or any other airport on **************; as a result, we are left spending more money to fly to the east coast and wasting time. We have tried calling Etihad and they are unable to find our information, despite having the confirmation number and ticket number. We call almost every day, and every day, we are told someone will call you back. No one is able to provide help. Etihad is stealing costumer's money and committing fraud.
