    Happy Home Appliance Repair is not only unprofessional and unaccountable, but based on our experience, they are also dangerously incompetent. Their poor workmanship put our expensive appliance at risk and worse, it could have caused a fire.We had Happy Home Appliance Repair service our ******************* oven range under warranty in November 2023 due to a fan issue. Their technician completely botched the repair installing the fan without grounding it properly. Over time, the fan shook itself loose, ultimately sparking and destroying the control ********** forward to this weekend: our oven would not exit cooling mode after self-cleaning and displayed an A3 error. Another technician identified the original faulty repair by Happy Home Appliance Repair as the direct cause of the catastrophic failure. When we called to ask if they would take responsibility for the damage their negligence caused, they flatly refused to help in any way. (They claim their service warranty only lasts 3 months.)I strongly urge anyone reading this to stay far away from Happy Home Appliance Repair.

    This is not a serious service providing company. We had a ***** refrigerator - that was just over a year old - and it stopped cooling. After calling the warranty line - this outfit was chosen to provide service on the refrigerator. THey were entirely incompetent and were unable to diagnose and fix the errors. THey initially tried to diagnose the issue by phone?! What even is that? and had random parts sent to the house that ultimatley were the wrong part or that they were incapable of installing. we had multiple house visits - with zero progress. Our house is in Northern VA and - they had to send a tech from NY to complete the service - and that person also was unable to diagnose and correct the issue. ***** also didn't do a good job - and were not able to choose a quality service technician. I finally was able to get ***** to change the service company - after over a month - based on inability to do the job. I would not trust this company to fill an ice tray. All they do is make excuses - and continue to bill for service visits.

    Do not use this company. I arranged a home visit to repair a non-functional three year old Miele dryer. I was told to purchase a new part that cost $350, pay for the diagnosis fee $250 and then charged for a repair visit with two repairmen (stacked machines) for another $575 and the dryer still does not work. When I told them the dryer still is not working I was told by the manager - my repairman said the dryer is fixed. When I sent the manager a photo of the alarm display showing the dryer is not working, the manager would not admit the problem had not been fixed. They are disputing my dispute of the charge of $575. STAY AWAY. They don't even deserve one star but in order to post have to add a star

    Hi,I apologize for the need of an additional visit to correct the is***s you are still experiencing with your dryer.We stand behind our work and offer a 3 months labor warranty should the original problem persist We offered to send the technicians back, the next morning, free of charge, to diagnose and rectify the is***s you are having and you declined and demanded a refund for the work that we performed or else you will write bad reviews and *** us. We then emailed twice trying to change your mind and allow us to rectify the is***s you are having with the machine and you declined again. I understand that having to have another visit can be frustrating. As a repair company that charges by the job and not by the hour, our best interest is to complete the repair in as little visits as possible too. We don't charge our customers for the extra trips. But that's the nature of repairs. Sometimes adjustments need to be made to correct is***s. That's why appliance repair companies offer warranty on their repair. To return and correct these is***s. We can't refund after we performed the repair due to a customer that refuse to allow us to complete the repair. I hope you will reconsider and allow us to return and get your dryer back in working condition.

    This **-based company operates in ************* too. I arranged for a home visit to repair a non-functional ** cooktop (only 2 years old). After they no-showed on a Wednesday (although they did notify me an hour ahead of the appointment), they showed the following Monday. The guy was nice, said there was a "known issue" with a "service bulletin." Then I got a $168 bill for the diagnostic visit and told I could not even SEE the estimate for the repair until paid the diagnostic bill. So extorted, I paid the diagnostic bill. The estimate came in then, more than $950! More than the cost of the stove to begin with. Obviously, we switched companies. But what the hell???

    They confirmed a morning appointment but called that day to change it to the afternoon. I cancelled my afternoon appointments and waited but no one came. I tried to call them, waiting over 15 minutes for someone to answer, only to be told they would call me back. They never called me back and never showed up for the repair. It was a **********. I do not recommend Happy Home Appliance Repair. I would not even give them one star.

    Have never had a problem with anything to do with this company. Technicians know their stuff and apart from a sometimes long wait when calling for an appointment, absolutely no complaints. And have used them for years for my ****************

    DO NOT USE. This company has failed multiple times to fix our dryer and continues to break it in a new way each time. Our belt was originally broken and needed replaced. The guy who came to fix it then blew the fuse and the dryer no longer produced heat. we had to call them back and now the dryer is over heating and has burned the clothes. They do not know how to properly fix appliances without causing further damage.

    **************** non existent.I have had to use them many times because P.C. ******* uses them for many of its appliances.There are not enough technicians to have a service person able to come to my apartment within a reasonable amount of time. I had to wait 5 1/12 weeks to have my Meile dryer repaired. (the fourth time I have needed an appliance repaired).It always takes at least 2 visits to repair anything.They are not open on Saturdays so a customer is forced to miss work or other appointments.In the several years I've used them, I have had to wait on hold for as long as 40 (or longer) minuets.

    Awful company, miserable customer service. Never showed up during the 3 hour window period they said they would. Never called. This company is littering the bottom of the barrel. Beware! Read the reviews and avoid Happy Home Appliance Repair Inc. at all costs. Please dont say that you were not warned. Avoid this horrible company!

    I have never dealt with a less professional company. Booking appointments are 2 weeks to a month. The first appointment to fix my beans new ******** refrigerator was cancelled and not able to reschedule for 3.5 weeks! When the repairman finally came out to fix the problem, he needed a part and ordered it to my house. He told me he would come back “the next day” after receiving the part to fix the problem. When I called to have him come out, the scheduler laughed at me and gave me a date over 3 weeks later. When that date finally arrived, they cancelled my appointment again. After 2 1/2 months without a fridge - ******** then decided that the person who diagnosed the problem was incorrect due to not doing a thorough inspection.
    Not only was this completely inconvenient, I took off work on those appointment times for literally no reason - the second cancellation, my time windows was 10-1 and they didn’t even cancel the appointment until noon, so I waited around for the serviceman to show up all morning. It was unacceptable. I cannot warn enough against using this company.
