In 2024, I entered into an agreement with Artcorp Inc. (also known as Artifact Projects ***) to advertise my artwork in the December 2024 Manhattan **************** issue of Architectural Digest. I paid $1,500 for a small-format ad to promote my 3D ceramic artwork. The final printed ad misrepresented my work in multiple ways:The image was much darker than the original and poorly printed, which significantly altered the appearance of the piece. The artwork appeared much smaller than expected and lacked visibility compared to other ads on the same page.Unlike neighboring ads, mine had no context or description only my name and website which diminished its ********* a 3D artist, proper representation of texture, depth, and color is critical. I was not offered any proofing process, rendering assistance, or opportunity to include more information, even at an added cost.I reached out to Artcorp three times to express my concerns and request a fair resolution. My first message received a short, dismissive response with an offer of a 20% discount on a future ad. My second, more detailed letter received no reply. I followed up a third time, stating my desire to resolve the issue directly, and again received no response. This was a significant investment, and I am deeply dissatisfied with both the quality of the final product and the lack of professional follow-up.Desired Resolution:I am requesting either a partial refund for the $1,500 ad due to misrepresentation and lack of support, or a formal acknowledgment that their advertising process will be revised to better accommodate 3D artwork.
