    Stop Motion Animation A-Z FEB 5 - APR 23 $450 Sunday 10:00 AM-1:00 PM (EST) 10 sessions I am registered for this class and I've been requesting a separate invoice for this particular course that I paid with my credit card. The School of visual art each team for continuous education, accounts, student help team all forwards my email and does not provide any sort of invoice nor receipts that I've been asking for. They are constantly delaying my requests which could be solved in quick second and due to their systematic issue I never received automated receipt email that they say they sent. Regardless of the automated receipt I should be able to access my receipt but they are refusing/giving me hard time providing a statement or specific receipt for this course. They are constantly providing general billing statement including all the other courses but they are not providing me exact course and payment that I am requesting them to help me with. Any business should be able to provide receipt or invoice and I am asking them to provide one that I just paid within a month. They're treating student/customer like I'm asking too much to receive invoice that I actually paid for. They're constantly sending me to different teams. All I want is the invoice stating what I purchased (course name stop motion A to Z) data purchase and amount and it was charged by *** stating that it was charged by the school. Will act as a proof that I took the class. Please help me to receive invoice / receipt stating all these information they clearly failed to provide me.
