I purchased a playset online and paid extra for it to be installed by Go Configure. According to the website, a technician would be scheduled within 2-5 days of the playset being delivered to my house. It was delivered on 4/16/22. It is now 5/18/22 and I am still waiting for a technician to schedule the installation. I have contacted the company 5 times in the past 3 weeks and have been given the same run around every time. They will call the technician, leave a detailed voicemail, and email him as well. Someone will contact me within a few days with a scheduled date. Yet here I am, over a month later, and it's still sitting on a pallet in my driveway. I am completely fed up with this company. I have told them I am available all day any day for them to come install, yet I still have yet to get a date scheduled. It makes no sense at all, and I am tired of being told the same bs over and over. At this point, I'm ready to get a refund and find someone else to build the playset. Maybe then my daughter will at least get to play on it before summer is over.Business Response

I ordered a swing set in Feb 2023. Go configure was hired to put it together. It is now May 2023.My first appointment the technician did not call me just did not show up. I missed work.The next appointment a month later, it rained. This is the only cancellation i understand. HOWEVER they did not call me, i had to call them to find out the appointment was cancelled. Next appointment weeks later, was a Wednesday. The day before the manager *** calls and tells me the tech had a family emergency and cant complete the job. At this point i am frusterated as its now May. I ask for compensation as i have now taken 3 days off work for this and nothing. They reschedule for the next week, which is where we are at today. No one again calls me so I call them. Now the tech has another emergency and cant complete the job. So here I am taking off work another day for nothing. They do not have a new date, they cant offer me any refund until the job is complete. So Im just sitting here and waiting now.Business Response

In March 2023, my family purchased a playset from Wayfair because it had the option of purchasing assembly services for the playset. Assembly was provided by Go Configure at nearly $1,000 for this particular model. We received a timely email and call from Go Configure within days of purchasing the playset, requesting an estimated delivery date. We provided the delivery date given by *******, and were told to expect a call setting up a date for assembly within the next several days. This was in mid-March, and our playset was timely delivered by Wayfair in mid-April. Go Configure has never called us to set up a schedule, nor has it ever scheduled us. It is now mid-May, and although the playset has been sitting, unassembled, in five huge boxes in our garage for a month, we are still not even on the schedule to have the playset assembled. We are told every time we call and speak to Go Configure that the technician who is assigned to our account is not answering his phone/not returning messages, etc. We are not allowed to talk to the technician. We are further told that Go Configure relies on the technician to set his own schedule, and we are always told Go Configure believes we can get on the schedule "soon." We've also often been told that we will get a call back from the district coordinator updating us on their progress, but that doesn't happen. We have been waiting for two months after paying nearly $1,000 for services from Go Configure. We had a reasonable expectation that we would receive timely services when we made our purchase two months ago. As of today, we have absolutely no information when the services we paid for will be delivered. We feel misled and lied to. Also, we do not know where our money is. ******* says that Go Configure was paid, and Go Configure says it doesn't get paid until the work is performed.Business Response

On 3/17/23 we had a swing set purchased for our child from **** club.Along with purchasing the swing set the installation was paid for.the swing was delivered in 4 different boxes on 4/3/23. **** club informed ** we would be contacted by a 3rd party company that would handle installation. After several phone calls to the company go configure ***************) *********** kept advising a technician would be in contact to schedule a time for installation weeks went by with no call. We called the company back and they said they had no technicians that were willing to drive to do the installation and they would have to call us back. Finally on 5/11/23 we received a phone call from a technician asking if it was ok if he came the following morning to assemble and install the swing set. This worked out because I was off of work and could be there. On 5/12/23 the hours passed and no one came and we received no phone calls stating they would be late. At 4:30 that day 2 guys showed up, the man stated sorry he and his partner had to find a ride to get there. They had no car or truck and no tools and they had a dog with them. The technician asked if it was ok if they worked til 8:30 that night. I said that was fine. They took the boxes out of my garage and opened them up and scattered all the pieces across my yard and then walked away because they had no ride . They never attempted to communicate with me or tell me they were leaving. My wife called go configure company that evening to see what was going on. Go figure told her that the technician told us they were there to prep the work and would be back the following morning. The following day on 5/13/23 no one ever showed up. I have spoken with go figure on multiple occasions since then and they continue to say a technician will be in contact with us for installation. Mean while all the pieces are still scattered in my back. On 5/15/23 I spoke with go figure again and there is no solution to the problem.Business Response

Made install appt in March for 5/7. Company confirmed 9-1p time slot. At 8:30a they pushed window to 1-3. Received call at 1:30 to see if tech was here, they werent and I was told I would receive a call shortly with an ETA. I reached out at 2:45 and was told they would arrive within 1 hour. I called back at 4:30 and was hung up on. Called back, was told they would arrive before 6p. No one arrived until after 6p, and the install team left the cardboard all over my lawn. Called supervisor today 5/8 and my grievances were very quickly dismissed since the installation was complete. Supervisor had a terrible and rude attitude and attempted to speak over me the entire call. Id like a full refund on the installation as I waited over 9 hours for set up to be completed and received zero communication from the company on the delays.Business Response

This business was supposed to send out a professionals to put together out play structure. Ive had the play structure for a month and on the day they scheduled they called me two minutes after their appointment window to tell me they couldnt come because of thunder showers..it was sunny. I have pictures and can show proof of the forecast that day. They need to come out and put together my play set that I paid for them to do over a month ago.Business Response

Purchased a gazebo fron **** club and paid for assembly in February 2023. Assembly rescheduled for damaged part 3+ weeks after part received. Go configure seems to always have an excuse of why they don't show up for appointments. It's been 2 months since I bought the gazebo *** it still isn't assembled. This appears tho be the theme for them and I wish I had looked at BBB prior to using the company.Business Response

Paid them for installing a swing set from Backyard Discovery back back in February. Two and half months later, we're still waiting for the installation to be scheduled.
