This tennis club always told me that my coach is not available last minute. I understand that it could happen but it has happened so frequently that it disturbs my life. I talked to the manager and the manager was very rude to me and did not give me further solution.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/19/2025

We have spoken to the customer today and emailed her tonight. See copy of the email below, signed by the owner of the club. We also credited her with 2 free private ******s for her inconvenience. Hopefully it resolves the situation and ****** ** continues to take ******s and play at our club.

    Dear ****** **,
I am glad we were able to speak earlier today. I understand your concerns and your disappointment when the scheduled pro was changed on a short notice on several occasions.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience it caused you.
We have followed up on your complaint and are currently working on resolving the issue when a pro cancels a ****** late and another pro is being booked to teach the ******. We appreciate your pointing  out to us that it can be frustrating and we are working on making such occasions as minimal as possible.
To make up for your disappointment I have instructed our manager Dadi Zvulun to credit you with 2 free ******s.
I hope you continue to take ******s at our club.

Signed by the Owner of the club

They completely screwed me over and the customer service is some of the worst Ive ever dealt with.First off, it took me nearly 25 minutes on the phone just to book a simple ball machine session. The system they use is old and archaic and there were already a myriad of issues from the beginning.3 different people I spoke with all told me different things. Im a regular tennis player and I expected to get access to a full court with a ball machine on the other side like any other tennis facility sets up for you. The person I spoke to originally on the phone told me thats what I would be getting. I was absolutely shocked to come in and get a dinky little QUARTER court as seen in the picture and no one gave me a heads up. Its unacceptable for them to mislead people like this. I didnt pay an exorbitant amount of money to play in a freaking shoe box.I knew from the minute I stepped onto the practice court that this was not the experience I signed up for. It felt like a batting range for baseball players. I specifically asked for a ball machine with a full court so I could see where my shots land on the other side. Those are the kind of ball machine experiences I had in the past. I did not want to hit against a wall.... The person I initially spoke to on the court told me I would be getting a full practice court and I did not get that. I hope that provides more clarity. Paying $85 for 30 minutes to hit against a wall is borderline unethical.
