    I have been with the WNBA since the first games at **********************Followed through each season close to 30 years.I am so disappointed. Sending emails to different people and I can't get this *********** membership I selected to cancel. Received confirmation that it was canceled as you will see below. They removed the link from the portal for you to cancel the membership. However it was cancelled it and it was confirmed.After I received this email my credit card was stillcharged.I don't want to have the bank dispute this. They have the evidence of the email below that the subscription was cancelled for this season.This is fraud at its highest ********** send emails the company wont respond. ****** the membership and return my $34.99 to my credit card. Went in and took the money without my consent.

    While the app advertised broadcasting the Chicago sky game, it isn't available. And many fans subscribed just to see their teams play only to be robbed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I believe the fanbase demands and requires a better explanation than there was a mistake. How could such a large mistake be made? We're supposed to believe that no one in the entire organization caught the mistake until an hr before games started? Either admit you lied to get more fans or exist how such a huge error was made on such a large scale?

    The display issue in which the May 3rd Chicago Sky preseason game was mistakenly displayed on the WNBA app as being available on WNBA League Pass was a technical issue that was unique to the WNBA app. The WNBA website had the correct details in relation to this game and did not display the game as being available on WNBA League Pass. Once aware of the issue, we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. We informed all users who reached out to customer service about this ********************** app display issue that the game was not available on WNBA League Pass, and apologize again for the confusion.
