    I consigned 4 separate lot #'s of Art work by *** of Finland with Swann Galleries Via *********************. The Auction took place on 08/17/2023, 2 of the 4 lots sold. In the contract it states that the buyer has 5 days to pay for the items. The buyers are pre screened. Also in the contract it stats that I am to be paid the items that sold "within 45 days" of the hammer date, being 08/17/2023. As of 10/11/2023I have not been paid, nor have I been told what will happen to the lots that did not sell. however I am seeing them listed through out the internet. I have called and written on 4 separate occassions and I am told " the buyer hasn't paid yet , what do you expect us to do?" and not once have they addressed the lots that have not sold. What I expect them to do it pat me for the items that sold as per the contract. and return or offer the ones that did not sell at another auction, either way, communicating with me about the pieces. I do not understand why if they are having trouble collecting this far after the auction that they did not follow the guidelines in the contract as they expect me to do. I have lots ***********, 126, the total due me is ******* for lot 126 and ******* for lot 124. the value the placed on the lots that have not sold are lot **** ************ and lot *** ***************** written corespondance has gone unanswered. I was told the the owner would be informed, however nothing has been received from him either. I reali=ze they are busy, however so am I. Each call to accounting has been fruitless being told they sent an invoice, what more do I want them to do. I want them to collect and distribute the funds as they contracted to do. period. If they cant for fill thier contract, return the work plus my fees i paid getting it to them, which would be and additional ******* for my expenses in delivering my end of the arangement.

    The client will be paid for the sale of their material upon receipt of payment by the buyers of their material. Two pieces sold and only one buyer has completed payment. The other buyer has been issued and invoice and notified of their outstanding payment. The client had multiple lots consigned for the August auction and two were sold. If the client would like the unsold lots returned we are happy to arrange that and will provide shipping quotes once confirmed. If the client would like more information or has questions they can contact us directly.
