    FROM ONE PARENT TO ANOTHER, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rented a crib, highchair, stroller, and crib mattress for vacation at the beach. First issue they charged my card twice, four days apart-- good thing I noticed because I was the one to inform them. The crib arrived to our rental house FOUR DAYS early--while another family was in the rental house. When we get into house we put together crib---two broken zippers and holes in mesh making the crib unsafe/unusable. Mattress for **** said was delivered---included delivery photo of WRONG HOUSE---so no crib mattress even if crib was usable. Still waiting on the highchair---as it NEVER ARRIVED, though said it was delivered. Three calls into the ** line for "emergencies" and no return call. FROM ONE PARENT TO ANOTHER, DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    *******, your card authorization failed twice hence why the authorization was tried again. We told you this before the charge was already dropped and the bank will remove the auth. This is due to your providing a wrong cvv or wrong exp so the system pushed it in manually. Our hours are 9am-5pm EST, as stated on the website and voicemail service when you called. ********* delivered you the Mattress and the Mesh Crib. ********* scanned the photo of the house and that is why we uploaded that photo. We do not know the wrong house from the right one unless you tell us. This was ********* MISTAKE NOT US. In regard to the mesh crib having holes and the zipper being broken we will take this up with the company as this was a NEW MESH CRIB that was sent to you DIRECTLY IN THE MANUFACTURERS BOX. Your entire order was refunded in full for the inconvenience.
