    They have a preorder feature on their app. The feature is called preorder and you have to pay to preorder but when you arrive at the store there is no guarantee that your order will be fulfill. If you preordered and paid for something popular they do not hold it for you even though you add a pick up time in the preorder feature. I spoke to the manager ***** and he said that the owner has prohibited him from saying something is sold out in the app even if they don't have it available. So in essence people can preorder and pay and when they arrive at the store are told to pick something else. In essence this is bait and switch. I needed manager approval to get a refund. No one was apologetic. Nothing was offered to compensate for my inconvenience had to ask for it and was reluctantly given a card for a free cookie. When I said that they should contact people with preorders to inform them that they sold out of whatever they ordered and paid for, he said that he had no control over that and that this was more corporate policy and protocol. I'm not sure if this is something that this store alone does or if this is something that is being done to many other customers across many states that have this franchise.
