      Can't give them a score low enough. I run 2 small businesses and just purchased more property to start a 3rd business. As this all runs against my personal income they keep dropping my credit limit. They have no clue about small businesses. Don't ever use them

      Simple, choose a different bank or credit card. Barclays will not have your back when you need them the most. A large sneaker merchant accepted millions of dollars in orders and did not fulfill them. Barclays was not there to help. They found every excuse under the sun to not return the money stolen from me. The whole dispute team and 'office of the president' ***** are incompetent. Every other bank protected their customers when their money was stolen but not Barclays. Please choose a different bank.

      I would give them a 0 if I could. The people in ** are terrible. They dont speak well enough English so that I have to repeat basic concepts several times. They dont have the power to do just about anything and when they do something its the wrong thing, irreversible and apparently catastrophic. They wont give me my rewards after 5 years with them because once redeemed you cant go back. I never received it. Ive had so many bad days because of them I just want to cry.Someone needs to stop them. Ive been paying them yearly to end up with Nothing. They stole my money. The ** lady even told me I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor.

      Returned 3 items which were not refunded promptly to my account which is a accruing interest. Was told account would be refunded credit amounts for interest and it wasnt.Worse credit card company ever..

      I have had a credit card account with them for about 5 years or so, all was good with them. A few months back I made a payment; they actually deducted 2 payments from my checking account, I called them up to get it reversed, they said they couldn't do that in a timely manner but recommended that I contact my bank to dispute the charge, I did that and it was reversed.So because my bank reversed the charge, Barclays won't accept my checking account; I have made numerous calls, was told that someone would call me back, none of that has happened.I have spoken to their Fraud *********************** customer service reps and supervisors. Nothing. I have been able to make a few payments by calling them up directly and giving them my ATM card, but that didn't work all of the time. I am going to get a different checking account number, just so I can pay these guys off and tell nice knowing you, don't let the door hit you on the back side. Pretty bad customer service. I do have a card from them with *****, I will be letting their corporate know I won't be doing business with them either

      I closed this account or thought I did on Juy 2, 2022 was informed by them that a letter would be forthcoming within 5 business days stating that the account was closed. I have paid off the balance and have since eceived another statement indicating my account was zero balance but no indication of confirmation of closed acct has been received. I called AGAIN on August 2, 2022 and once again I got a run around. This time they coud not tell me if I would receive any confirmation of the account being closed. This company took over ************* and the credit card was through ************** With no prior warning ******** closed my account 5 days before Barclays took over. I received a new credit card from Barclays but could not activate it for 5 days. In the meantime the ******** card was posted to receive one of my payments which was suppose to be deducted within the 5 day time frame of activating the new card. When I complained Barclays told me it was ********** fault. I closed the account then and there but they refuse to send the closed confirmation as promised. I do not trust this organization for this reason and also because they insisted on me giving them my full social security number. When I refused only then did they say they only needed the last 4 digits.All the red flags have gone up so just BEWARE of BARCLAYS . ZERO STARS
