      Their bank operates like bullies and garnished my entire SSI check without a letter or court order. I pleaded with them that I was a cancer patient with only one stream of income. They just took my whole check without a court order or any letter to prepare for such an outcome on New Years eve. I have no idea how I am going to pay my rent, utilities, loans and medicine for my procedure. Please stay away from these cold hearted 'gangsters' at *****************. I was banking with them for over 4 years! The location is at ***************** in ******** ******** Day

      We appreciate your feedback. However, Carver Bank and its staff is not in the business of bullying customers or garnishing account balances without proper authorization and notification. We value and appreciate all customers and work diligently to meet the needs of the communities we serve while maintaining an excellent customer service rating.

      I have my checking account with ********************** the branch in Brooklyn ****** Street. I got a call from the fraud department stating that someone tried to use my card in ******* and about an half hour they started taking out money from my account. That was a Saturday they took out a thousand dollars, Sunday they took a thousand dollars, Monday they took another thousand dollars before the bank opened at 9:00 am. I put in a claim with the bank they told me to make a police report which I did any which way the bank is giving me the run around to put the money back in my account. According to their advertisement they have 24 hrs service 7 days per week 365 days per year but yet I have been calling that whole weekend and couldn't get any one. I entrust my money to Carver and no one wants to be responsible at this point. Customer has to be very cautious especially seniors please be aware. This suppose to be Black own and community and poor black people is being ripped off and no one is really there to help you so it's your own is taking you to the *********. My bills has to be paid.God IS SEEING, HE SITS HIGH AND LOOKS LOW.
