Hello,I purchased 3 items from this business over the weekend at a charity event. One is damaged beyond repair. All three involve authenticated signatures, but they have not provided any certificates of authentication (which I requested). They are a fraud. They have so many complaints. I don't understand how they are allowed to stay in business.

She bought the items on Friday night - we offered to send her the Certificates once we were in the office on Monday. She preferred a refund - so we are giving her one and she is permitted to return the items.  We have since sent her the refund.  (see attached check)

In 2017 my husband and I purchased a trip to ******* through grandstand memorabilia. The trip cost $2500 could be used at any time with certain blackout dates and did not expire. On Monday may 15th 2023 we had contacted the woman who had emailed us after purchasing the trip. She had let us know that we would owe more money due to waiting six years for booking the trip. When asking why we would owe more money she said for taxes and fees. But I had asked with the trip never expiring why do we owe more money. When asking for an itemized receipt for the taxes and fees that we would owe amounting to $600 ***** told ** that it is confidential between the resort and the charity and that cannot be provided. We are not understanding why they are charging us more money for taxes and fees when that was never told to us or given in writing when purchasing trip. We did inquire about adding another night that we knew that we would be paying for. So in the email when it says $1259 that includes the $600 taxes and fees plus the additional night that we wanted to add on. Being that they cannot provide proof for the taxes and fees that we would owe I feel they are just asking for extra money.
