I purchased a dress online from Norma Kamali. I tried it on and it did not fit. I mailed it back within their 30 day return window using their return label. I sent the dress back over a week ago and I have heard nothing back. I have contacted customer service by phone and email multiple times and I have heard nothing back. Hi, I ordered two dresses for Norma Kamali. I tried on one dress and it didn't fit and immediately put back in the package. The second dress was never taken out of the package. I just received an email from ***** stating a package was on the way to me from Norma Kamali due to the fact that the warehouse couldn't accept return. This is impossible due to the fact that I had one dress on for less than 5 minutes and the 2nd dress never came out of package. I haven't heard anything from Norma Kamali. I was charged $430. I ordered a dress from NormaKamali.com for $193.72 on May 13, 2024 and fully reviewed the return policies before placing my order. The return policy states:YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER TO RETURN IT WITH REFUNDS PROCESSED WITHIN ***** BUSINESS DAYS.PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FOLLOWING IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN:- ITEM(S) RETURNED NEW, UNUSED WITH ALL GARMENT TAGS ATTACHED, IN PROVIDED POLYBAG.- ALL SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, BODYSUITS, AND STYLES WITH BUILT-IN BODYSUITS MUST INCLUDE THE PROTECTIVE ADHESIVE STRIP.- INVOICE PROVIDED WITH THE ORDER.*RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.*ALL SALE AND VINTAGE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.I did not even try the dress on as I already knew I didn't like the color when I opened it. I looked at the dress for less than a minute and immediately returned it to the bag it was shipped in. I then shipped the dress back to Norma Kamali via the provided ***** label.Upon receipt at the Norma Kamali warehouse, I was informed that the return was rejected because of stains. Knowing that I did not try the dress on, there is no possible way for the dress to even have stains on it. I wrote their customer service email and they responded immediately requesting pictures of the dress from when I received it so they could investigate further. I did not take pictures of the dress as one generally does not when they receive something they do not like. I shouldn't have to "cover my ass" so to speak to prove that I'm following the return policy when it is clear by the item's condition. Since receiving the returned dress, I've since taken numerous pictures of both the inside and outside of the dress and sent to the company further proving that there are no stains. I bought two dresses from Norma Kamali, seeing if the fit and size worked. They were too big and I was uncertain of the fit. I had them on for 5 minutes **** I took them off, carefully folded them in the materials they arrived in and sent them back. I received an email stating that they were returning them to me again because "they smelled of perfume." This is impossible because I do not wear perfume. I emailed them and explained. They said "Maybe it was a scented candle or room spray." I explained, "I do not have scented candles or room sprays." Is it deodorant? Isn't this normal? I ordered a dress from normakamali.com. I received it through ****** I tried the dress on and it did not fit. I did not take off any tags and did not wear the dress except to try it on. I shipped the dress back through ***** with the enclosed shipping label. I put it in all the original packaging. This was a week ago. Yesterday, I received an email from ***** saying I was getting a package from Norma Kamali. The reference says stains. I emailed Norma Kamali. I called them, too. No response. I bought the dress through ****** and Ive notified them. I do not want the dress back. The dress does not fit. If I was not allowed to try it on and then return it, their return policy should state that. The only stain I can imagine would be a bit of deodorant from trying it on. I purchase a dress from their website December 12, 2023; order #********* in the amount of $207.68. I tried on the dress for about 30 seconds to determine it was too big. I used the shipping label they provided and sent it back with all of the tags and sticker attached. I was notified via email on 12/26/23 they will not be refunding my money as they said the dress smelled of perfume. Impossible the dress smelled like perfume! I immediately tried calling only to find out they do not have a live person to speak; I left a voicemail to which I never received a call back. I then wrote and email only to receive a generic email back stating that if the item smells, has deodorant, missing tags the item will be rejected. I sent a follow-up email and have not gotten a response. I went on their website to write a review only to find so many people having the same issue; their return policy is a SCAM. They are sending me the dress back; which is not what I asked for. I want a refund on a dress that is too big and was returned to them in the same condition they sent it to me.Customer Answer

I purchased two dresses (the same exact dress in different sizes) from this company. The first dress I tried on for only a few minutes, and was too large - so I ordered a second dress without returning the first given that the event was a week away. The second dress came (in smaller size) and the sleeve was damaged. I then returned both that week. Both dresses were returned to me with a sticker that said damaged. I reached out to the company and they said because I tried them on with deoterant on that I violated their return rules and could not return them. Ive never heard this rule ever. Now Im out $400 (plus the dress I actually bought for this event)Customer Answer

I have reached out to NORMA KAMALI several times via phone and email. I ordered and received a jumpsuit from Norma Kamali. I am 5'0 100lbs. I ordered XS. The actual garment is 3 feet WIDE. I returned an item to the merchant which was received by them on September 15. Item was sent back using their own return label. I have ***** proof it was received by the merchant. Their stated refund window is **** business days from receipt, yet I have not received my refund. I emailed customer service three times, and received a response to only the first inquiry, from customer service representative *******************************. He told me Id receive the refund no later than 10 business days from the 15th. Subsequent emails have gone ignored. Please refund me. Its been 25 days since you received the item.
