    No stars at all!! They are completely unprofessional!! I booked a service for my sister here and paid the $50 deposit so she had a secured spot. The $50 also covers a portion of the service that was $200. I reached out to the establishment and told them **** assistant said she would let her know so I can receive the refund.. here we are today and I was told I would receive it via cash app!! They lied!! I had to come down to the store to get it back. I then requested for the $40 tip back because the customer service was absolutely horrible. They laughed, took pictures of me while I waited for my refund. Tima your establishment aint it this is what I get for supporting my people! You will reap what you sow. Dont go here if you want to be treated like a person and treated fairly cause they will treat you the opposite.

    This company is VERY unprofessional. I book an appointment on 12/01 for an appointment Jan 2nd at 5am I got a new phone and lost my appointment details so I contacted the braided asking to confirm the time again she then says my appointment is at 12pm which I know for a fact was not true since I booked this way before my flight which is the same day at 2pm. I felt uneasy about this place and decided to cancel the appointment on 12/13. I have reached out to cancel and they said it was no issue then I asked for a refund for the $50 deposit and they totally stopped replying to me after I have repeatedly called and sent them messages. *** also heard from a friend this business smells disgusting and they are very dirty there. Save your coins and go to somewhere better.

    Between stepping over homeless men and addicts walking through the building freely to get to their studio, The business owner claiming to be a 24 hour shop and showing up around 6:20 am to a locked/dark studio and no stylists on site. Coming ALL the way from another borough mind you. To not having a braider show up until 7:30 am and my hair not touched until 7:45 am. To the sea of people so large after 10 am they were having girls do hair in the walkway. To the pure greed of the owner, To the unknowingly upcharging, To the overbooking of appointments and having no chairs for clients to sit. To the dirty walls of the facility. To the broken window shades and garbage bags and boxes strewn about the studio. To the LACK of customer concern and professionalism. To the broken pieces of the ceiling. i do not know how to pick one singular thing about this place that is worse than the other. Between the language barrier between stylists and clients and the intentional lying about promotions. I would never go here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know.

    Been going ***** for years and always wondered why the prices were so high comes to find out she's taking 50 percent from all her hard working braiders. So unprofessional and left my limited edition hat in there and still never got it back even though I've been asking.Shes always rude about it. Then she picks and chooses who she wants to charge high prices to. I've watched one 2 ppl come in for the same type of braids and pay different prices. She also ask people in the salon to write good reviews like almost peer pressure
