    **** and disgusting...my daughter was ignored by ******* about the pressure on her head.. after I called and complained, the manager told me to call the cops and that she doesn't not speak chinese!!!! I'm not letting this go at all and will be filing multiple complaints.. I was livid at the disrespect and expressed my disappointment and the manager told me I was mad because I was born out of wedlock!

    Masa African Hair Braiding quotes one price and charge another price once they complete your ************** does not respect your time, she showed up almost an hour late for an appointment I had to pay for($40 booking fee). Not only was she late, she did not inform me she was not the one doing my hair. A lady walks up and says come with me. So unprofessional. Not all people appear to be qualified to do hair. The one who can braid, stops braiding one head to help the one who does not know what she is doing. The one that seems to be unqualified, yanks people hair like she in a fight and has attitude. **** only gets involved when it's time to pay and take photos. **** does her own reviews via the clients phone. I reached out to **** to get reimbursed the amount she overcharge me and no response. I checked out other Hair Braiding shops in the area, they charge reasonable prices (the average price it cost to the styles) and do a better job. Do not go to Masa African Hair Braiding, very dishonest and disrespectful. I would have like to put no stars but that's not possible. Everyone reading this watch **** get upset about the truth and get very defensive in her reply. I so wish I read all the reviews before I went ahead and got my hair done at Masa shop. Masa spending money is not the problem, you out here robbing folks.
