October 2022 I spoke with ****** about my Breast Cancer fundraiser, I was working on for October 2023.I signed her contract and was charged $5500, her cut was 20% of any obtained sponsorship funds. As Q4 ******************************************************************************************* ******* who works for causes part time had offered me (2) but I declined saying to use them for another cause I have a powerhouse firm working on this one for me.Q4 turned into Q1 2023 and each time ****** and I talked she threw out big names, ************ GM, ********** Still nothing. I stressed the importance of getting this done, I had advertising and promotion to pay for but she was adamant this takes time. Let me do my thing This is what I do We will win together I have AARP on board just need them to sign papers.Q1 turned into Q2 and now I was getting panicked. Everything had been on hold waiting for the sponsorship and time was ticking by. I still did not have a guest speaker for the event and she even told me not to do that, she would get one. Every conversation was be patient it will happen. By May I started pushing hard and was told I was being adversarial and she couldnt work under this type of pressure. She said that she wasnt able to continue and offered me 50% of my retainer back.I asked for documentation of the communications between her and these so called sponsors she had been in talks with. I contacted one of them that I managed to locate details for and was informed that whilst she knew who ****** was she had never had any communications about my project.I was left with no sponsorship for a Breast cancer fundraiser and we were now in Q3. I was supposed to get a 50% refund no later than June 30th 2023. To date (July 21st 2023) I have still nothing. I contacted ****** and it was sent, Ill look into it. Full disclosure she did get a $25K offer from a CBD oil company but it is not legal federally and I was unable to use them

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As the attached email correspondence shows Ace Media Corp ************************************** was to refund 50% of my original fee amounting to $2750.00.  To date this has still not been received despite supplying both bank account and route numbers and also the credit card information.

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

    Sincerely,
