    Ordered a custom 40"x40" access door. We received a 24"x38" door. They have never located the door we paid for (almost $900.00) and now are holding up crediting our account. We have sent pictures and bill of ladings and still no action It has been 8 weeks and no solutions. Worst service ever.

    I have used this company many times over several years and was happy with the product even though the shipping time was not very fast. I am a retired doctor who owns a medical clinic with 30 people working for me and I have 840 5 *********** reviews so I know how to run a successful business. I have been working doing renovations for the last 15 years and I recently ordered 6 8.25 X 8.25 Stainless Steel Doors. The project was cancelled and I had yet to receive the doors. When they arrived I contacted the company to return the doors and that is when the fun started. They told me that there would be a 35% to 50% restocking fee which is outrageous as I had spent over $900 on the doors. They said that they would get back to me. Then about a week later they said that they needed a picture even though I had told them that the items were in the original packaging and were unopened. About a week later they told me that they were custom which they are not and that they could not accept them as it had been over 30 days and to sell them privately. Now I received a phone call today that they were going to give me $100 to remove the review and keep the doors. I am totally fed up with this company and will never use them again. ***********************

    Although I have not yet installed the door (will be done shortly), I am very pleased with the quality of the door and the ordering process. It's heavier than I expected. However, it's a miracle that the unit arrived undamaged. The carboard packing had no cushioning whatsoever and was allowed to move horizontally and vertically in the carboard "wrapping" (it had no actual box). The wrapping was quite damaged as well. Maybe my order was a one off packing, but, if not, your packing should be very much improved.

    The website was very helpful and ******* did a wonderful job seeing that the door met the requirements, and that a door was found to be delivered as soon as possible.
