    The company did not provide sanitary bathroom facilities on a 4-6 hour trip where using these facilities was the only option. Dirty bathrooms are unacceptable. This happened on both routes purchased, on 2 separate trips. The company needs to be fined and held accountable.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I have received an email from the company apologizing for my inconvenience. Saying that they are public bathrooms and that's why they are dirty and that they only do a deep cleaning x2 a month. I am requesting further assistance from you. This is unacceptable. The bathrooms were unacceptable. This is unacceptable customer service and I am requesting a full refund. Please contact the business on my behalf and get this resolved.

    On Dec. 30, 2022, my family of four took the 6:30pm Vamoose bus from ************* to Bethesda, bus number ***********, the bus had no working toilet for a four-hour trip. After the bus left ********, I asked the 2nd driver, the one who did the greeting with customers, why the reading lights did not work. He immediately yelled at me that he did not know or care, that he was not the owner of the bus so why was I asking him. I then complained that the bus service (no toilet or lights) was poor. Although my complaint was presented in a calm manner and without personal insult by me to him, he immediately became even more furious, loud, belligerent, and aggressive. He indicated he was outraged that my request for customer service disturbed him from a nap. He loudly threatened in front of all the passengers to call the ******** state troopers and have me arrested and my family put off the bus at the break stop. I then asked him if he was threatening me. He responded by daring me to speak one more word so he could call the state troopers that second and have me arrested. He appeared eager to escalate the situation even further. At that point I decided to stay silent. A few minutes after his outburst, we heard him call someone on the phone and twice tell that person my name and that if I spoke another word, he would go to jail because he was going to "send someone to the hospital." During the rest stop he approached me and apologized for the lighting and said he had fixed it. He never apologized for his behavior or his threats to my family and me. I reached out to Vamoose **************** to complain and request a complete refund but was instead offered only a nominal "certificate" for future use. I then reached out to the President of Vamoose Bus but he never responded.This was the worst customer service I ever received in my life and the company clearly does not care one bit.
