      Did you ever use another email address when signing up for NFL+ or use on ************************?

      In the attached, you can see we only have one record of a purchase under this email address.  The other PDF is the refund.

      We don't see the additional charge you mentioned, so it might be under a different email address.

      As soon as we locate the subscription we can work on refunding it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my second complaint was in error. 

      I was actually credited twice from the nfl, meaning I owe them ******. My apologies to all. If the nfl can charge my card, please advise them to do so. If not, please let me known how I can make this payment. I apologize again to the nfl.

      I signed up a couple hours ago for NFL Sunday ticket and have been met with nothing but a continuous stream of *********************** and right with candidate support ads, all of which being labeled as sponsored by ******** This is an absolutely unacceptable situation and I am requesting an immediate cancellation and refund of Sunday Ticket. Shoving political ads down the throat of consumers is intolerable.

      Subscription to NFL+ account, charged. But due to errors, it does not allow access to my subscription, and I am stuck in an endless loop. No customer service, have reached out countless times, no response, emails don't work, no customer service on the telephone, only robots that do not help. Can't get a refund, or get help in fixing the problem.Due to errors on their end, I can not access product I have paid for. I have done every troubleshooting step twice, no fix. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this.

      I canceled my NFL+ subscription several days before it was set to renew, so I was surprised to receive an email on 9/5/24 at 11:31 PM CST notifying me that my subscription had been renewed. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed a charge of $108.24. I went to the NFL Network website to find a phone number or chat option to speak with a live agent to resolve this issue but found none. There was no way to contact a live customer service representative; the only options were chatbots that sent me in circles without addressing my concerns or an option to send an email. I find it frustrating that a service like this lacks a way to connect with a live agent. I am requesting a refund of $108.24, as I did cancel my subscription. Furthermore, the service never worked as it should, with multiple issues throughout my use. As I researched how to speak with a representative, I discovered that many other customers had similar complaints. This service does not work as advertised, and the lack of live support only makes it worse.

      A auto-renewal came throught for annual NFL+ subscription, and there is no way to ask for a refund. They say to use the chat, but it only points me to articles that tell me to keep using the chat. There is no way to get hold of anyone, and I fear I will not recieve my $50.
