Was given a 4 day cruise to listen to a presentation. I was sent the cruise voucher after being harrassed by the sales person. I was supposed to submit online for the cruise which I did and paid the $49.95 fee to hold my cruise for 24 months. I was going online tonight to pay the $100 deposit for the cruise and says that my certificate number is not valid. No way at all to contact the company. I want my cruise !Customer Answer

Dear BBB,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the webinar I attended in August 2022. During the webinar, I was promised a 5-day, 4-night stay at a resort or hotel in the ** or ****** of my choosing. However, it was not disclosed that there would be a $25 fee to access this reward after the training. Despite this unexpected cost, I reluctantly paid the fee once the confirmation link was sent to obtain our certificate.Additionally, it was not made clear during the webinar that there was a specific deadline by which we had to book our travel. We were informed that we had 24 months to use the certificate from the date it was delivered, which in my case was August 7, 2024. I feel misled and taken advantage of in this situation.I kindly request a refund of the $25 fee if I am not offered a new certificate number or if I am unable to book travel with the current certificate information that I have. I have attached supporting documentation for your reference.I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and amicably. Thank you for your attention to this issue.Sincerely,***Initial Complaint

Attended a free presentation - it turned out to be a slaes pitch for joining a "cooperative purchasing" program. We declined to join for thousands of dollars and a month later received "vouchers" for free $100 credit card to use at selected restaurants and "free" airfare with hotel." Now it appears to redeem the free vouchers it will cost $460 to receive them. AND they have expiration dates and monthly requirements.Customer Answer

I went to a presentation and at the completion of the presentation we were supposed to receive a free cruise. I made several attempts to immediately redeem the voucher that was provided. The voucher given to me was expired. I made several attempts to call the contact number that I made the reservation to attend the presentation without any success. I mailed a letter to the rewards and incentives business, and they did not respond to my concerns or issue a valid voucher. I have attached the invalid voucher they issued to me. When I did a ****** search about this incident, I see that this business has victimized many people across the country. I would like the free cruise I was promised with Royal Carribean.Customer Answer

I got invited to a travel seminar/sales pitch for VIP travelers. I was given 2 free airline tickets to anywhere in the 48 continental ******, 2 nights hotel stay, and 100$ dining credits. While there we were Told its only $299 for the year for this club. Ends up being $15,000 buy in AND 499$ to sign up AND $299/year!! They got it down to $8000 plus those fees for today Only. Said no, got our vouchers and DUPED again! $50 non refundable fee to sign up for free airline tickets, that I have to pay $199/pp for at reservation. The dining credits are rewarded $25 a month for 4 months and you have to spend $50 to get the $25 free dollars! And try to call someone to question it and NOPE! All numbers are the wrong department or leave a message! The invite that I received in the mail was VERY differently worded than the forms I uploaded. Coincidentally they require you to bring the invite with you AND turn it in when you get tot the seminar! The Proof that they lie by omission and misleading information!!Customer Answer

My *********** received an offer from "Travel Time" to attend a travel seminar at which we would receive a travel voucher for 2 round trip airline tickets and 2 nights in a hotel. We attended the seminar (very sketchy hard sell for a travel club by Spartan Odyssey) and received a "voucher" which instructed us to "redeem online" by a certain date and then the tickets could be used for as long as a year. I tried to redeem the voucher before the deadline at "rewardsandincentives.com" as instructed and keep getting a message that my voucher has already been redeemed under a different email address. I never redeemed it, plus I tried every email address I have just in case, and kept getting the same message. There is no number or way to get any help. So obviously this is a SCAM. Luckily we didn't spend any money with these crooks but did waste a couple of hours of our time.Customer Answer

My disabled *********** drove 73 miles on a Sunday afternoon to attend a Traveling seminar. And since they had only called me the day before, they promised us an extra FREE trip on top of another FREE trip with airfare, also $500 FREE cert for 20 $25 discount vouchers for just coming to the Travel Seminar. The Travel Seminar lasted 2 hour's & then another 30 minute's trying to get us to buy there SCAM Travel packages. Then when I went into their website to activate my 3 gifts for just going to the seminar, I found out it was all a big SCAM.I went to the site the paperwork told me to go to, to activate my 3 gifts. The 1st one was for a FREE certificate for $500 worth of 20 $25 cash discount vouchers for thousands of restaurants. Then it wanted my credit card number so they could charge me a one-time activation fee of $19.95. So of course I wouldn't add my credit card #, so it wouldn't activate me.Then 2nd I tried to activate our FREE 2 round-trip airfare with 2 nights hotel accommodations. It wanted my credit card number to charge a $50 activation fee & then it was going to cost us $199 per person for the FREE trip. Then 3rd I tried to activate our FREE 7 nights Luxury Resort ************ kept saying I already activated this trip with my internet ID & asked me to activate with another ID.We had to drive 73 miles to go to this seminar & that was one way & with gas costing so much, we were out all that money. And 2 1/2 hour's of our Sunday we could of spent with our Grandkid's, instead of having a scam pulled on us or I could of done nothing, which would of been better than wasting our whole Sunday afternoon.I'm so dang mad & mostly for making my disabled husband go that far & for him to have to sit there that long for nothing. If it wasn't so far & if I didn't have to stay home with my husband, I would go back to the place they held the *********** would warn EVERYBODY that they are a little life scammer. And I sure would tell them a few un-Christian thing's.
