      Extremely disappointing experience. Initially, the technician was friendly and easy to work with, and the service seemed promising. I was told my couch would dry within 56 hours, but 48 hours later, it was still damp. Even worse, new brown and yellow stains appeared on the fabricstains that were not there before the service.When I reached out for support, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the ********, *****. Instead of offering a solution or refund, he denied any wrongdoing, insisted it would be "fixed in 10 minutes," and even threatened to deny my claim if I didnt change my tone. No timeline or resolution was provided.While other technicians might be more reliable, my experience was unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

      terrible. they went to my home while and took advantage of my wife for money while she was there with my son. The person who came was high on drugs and I would not trust this company. Do not and I repeat DO NOT hire this company for any couch cleaning services. That is my review, thanks!

      After having a bathroom renovation where a lot of dust settled in my living room, my contractor found this company to do a couch and area rug cleaning in my living room. Contactor scheduled the appointment and covered the cost. The technician, Fieros, arrived at 1:30 pm; window given of 12 - 2 pm. He came in, I had to ask what to expect and also had to ask his name, since he did not introduce himself upon entering my home. Cleaning took little over one hour and at the end, the technician did not let me know what to do or not to do once a deep cleaning is completed. As the technician brought his equipment down my stairs, the vacuum must have separated because I hear water splashing everywhere and come to see water pouring down my carpeted steps. I asked the technician what would be done about this; he grabbed a few towels, appeared to try to soak up some water and then told me it would be fine, even after I explained there is no air circulation at that part of the stairs and expressed concerns of musty smell/possible mold growth. Technician said "no worries, it is fine." I called the company and explained what happened and asked if they could send someone to address my now soaking stairs. They gave the same answer, no worries, water will dry. I spent my Sunday afternoon trying to soak up as much water off the stairs as I could; it is now the next morning and my stairs are starting to get that old water smell. I also had to take my couch apart because it was also left soaking wet. In attempt to salvage the situation, my carpet and possibly update this review, I called *********** manager, ***. His response to me was that I already gave them a bad review, so there is nothing they will do to address their service and this issue. Even after I explained I would be open to updating this review, this company held the same response.
