    Dear GoBuses Customer Service,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent GoBuses trip on August 9th, 2023, at 7:50 AM. During the journey, I encountered a significant inconvenience that I believe requires your immediate attention.Upon reaching ************, passengers, including myself, were asked to change buses without any explanation from the driver. Subsequently, the new driver instructed us to keep our seats from the previous bus. Unfortunately, this resulted in my seat being covered in engine soot, which soiled my clothes and bag.I have visual evidence of this incident in the form of pictures and videos. I am reaching out to request a prompt resolution to this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate:1. Compensation for the replacement costs of my clothes and bag.2. An explanation for the bus change and the subsequent instructions.3. Assurance of preventive measures to avoid such incidents in the future.I value my past experiences with GoBuses and hope we can resolve this issue swiftly.     Of course when purchasing tickets, it was simple as 123. When I needed to cancel, this company made it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone from their company. Their staff is very unprofessional. I emailed them to cancel my tickets, and a guy name **** that replied to me asked me for all my information, I thought he was going to assist me. We emailed back and fourth several of times. Then he all of a sudden stops replying to me and leaves me waiting for hours. Thats very unprofessional and it doesnt seem like anyone from their company is trying to help me resolve me issues. I just purchased the tickets last night, and their return policy says I can cancel my tickets up to 48 hours before departure. There needs to be something done to companies that make it super easy to get our money, but make it a living h*** to get in touch with.
